THE WIZARD OF OZ HOUSE
1926 Miditerranean Revival By Parisian Artist Benjamin Le Carre
Designated Cultural Landmark home to many studio productions of its era, such as The Count of Monte Cristo, North by Northwest, and The Jazz Singer, just to name a few. This home is where the iconic backdrop for the Emerald City from The Wizard of Oz was created.
It was a pleasure working with the owners, who became long-term clients of mine, ending up closing on multiple homes together.
